the end of an era...
Team Mean Streak who appeared on tv's Robot wars have decided to end thier roboteering days. Jonathan Lunn the driver of mean streak said that this is due to robot wars not being televised anymore and the events around the country not allowing spinning discs, and as our robot has 4 spinning discs we are barred from all but one of the thirty or so events.
As some of you know we have been the major sponsor for mean streak and will be sad to see it come to an end.
The last wars to be screened on tv was the 7th wars and had already made the switch to channel 5 from BBC 2. The fighting continues around the country but is now run by the fighting robots association.
